We aim to process orders within 24 hours during the working week. Use our FREEPOST address to post your discs to us completely free and we will return your discs via 1st Class Post. Details will be given after the checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Packing your CDs
To take advantage of our FREEPOST service discs should NOT be sent in standard CD/DVD cases, multi layers of bubble wrap or similar.
A stiff piece of card is much better than thick bubblewrap, jiffy bags etc, which will cost us far more in postage but offers far less protection than card against the main cause of damage to discs in transit, getting snapped. With the Royal Mail you now have to consider the size and thickness as well as the weight. Parcels should be no more than 25mm thick and fall within the lowest weight Large Letter rate, unless sending large quantities.
If in doubt, please order our CD Mailers which are sent out 1st Class and only cost us standard letter rate to be sent to us.
We also advise that customers obtain a Certificate of Posting when sending us your disc, then it will be insured for loss or damage for up to £41.00.
Except for larger orders, all CDs will be returned in CD mailers, please do not send discs in packing that you wish to keep (such as the proper case, manuals etc).
No Fix, No Fee
In extreme cases where we are unable to remove the damage from your disc we will credit the cost of the disc repair against a future repair.
Please note, we are unable to repair the following kind of damage and as such discs with the following damage are not covered by our 'No Fix, No Fee' guarantee and shouldn't be sent to us for repair.:
- Discs that are damaged on the label side.
- Cracks in the disc and/or damage to the foil data layer - as a guide, hold the disc up to the light and if you can see any light shining through the surface of the disc then it cannot be repaired. However, not all cracked discs will show light through the suface, but a crack, as apposed to a scratch, should be distinguishable upon close inspection of the disc surface.
- Chips along the edge of the disc.
If in doubt, please give us a call before sending off your discs.
Very deep scratches or gouges, as long as they don't reach the foil data layer may be repairable. Slight scratching may remain from very deep scratches or gouges, but this may not affect the playing of the disc. Again, in this instance our 'No Fix, No Fee' guarantee does not apply.
Discs that have been abused or generally mistreated and have mutiple scratches, scrapes and/or gouges we can do our best to repair, but offer no guarantees in this instance and again our 'No fix, No fee' guarantee will not apply.

Wherever possible we re-use or use recycled packaging, as long as your order can be sent safely and securely. All paperwork for your order is processed electronically and we send your order details and confirmations via email only.

CD Mailer pack
If you need something to send your CDs in securely the we are happy to offer these CD mailers at cost.
Each pack contains 3 cardboard CD mailers, pre-printed with our Freepost address and Do Not Bend labels.
Each mailer can take up to 6 CDs.
Once you've ordered your repairs, just place your CD(s) inside the mailers and pop in the post with your details
It's as simple as that!
We'll also return your disc(s) in the mailer so you can re-use it.
